The Senegalese airspace and the Dakar airport platform have been enriched by a new airline with the arrival of Equatorial Congo Airlines.

Indeed, three times a week (Monday / Wednesday/ Friday) the BZV/BKO/DKR and DKR/BKO/BZV air service will be possible thanks to ECAIR, thus facilitating the link between Central Africa and West Africa.

SHS is honored, pleased, but is above all proud to be responsible for the ground handling of the ECAir (Equatorial Congo Airlines) flights in Dakar, thus becoming a key element in the DKR/BZV airlift.

Amelia Earhart is an American airline transport pilot. With the support of the Amelia Foundation she has undertaken a 17-day world tour on board her Pilatus PC-12 single engine airplane to commemorate the 1937 achievements of Amelia Mary Earhat, one of the female pioneers in civil aviation and Amelia’s ancestor.

This daring undertaking is, according to her, a Celebration of the Aviation Woman and more specially a great opportunity to support young women interested in aviation. Indeed, during her stay in Dakar, she is expected to meet under – 20 young girls to grant them scholarships on the basis of their school performance.
