Dakar Leopold Sedar Sedar airport platform has just demonstrated its status as a Hub of the sub-region air transport by welcoming the ETIHAD cargo air services. The opening cargo rotation landed on the DKR runway on Friday October 30 2015 at 18 :39 PM.

The Cargo is a weekly flight departing from Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a stopover in Dakar (DKR) before joining Nouakchott (NKC), Milan (MXP) and landing back in AUH.

To ensure a high quality ground handling service, the Emirate national airline has contracted Senegal Handling Services for its cargo handling.

In its cargo flight expansion policy, Turkish Airlines has just initiated a weekly flight to Dakar. It is a Monday round trip departing from Istanbul with a stopover in Lagos before joining Dakar and flying back to Istanbul.

As it cares very much about the quality of its freight handling, the airline has chosen SHS for the ground handling of its flights.
